"My boyfriend and I went to a child birthing course with Helga Reynisdóttir when we were expecting our first child. The course was very informative and we learned a lot about what we did not know before. The lecture was very detailed and helped us a lot in the preparation and events leading up to the birth. We could use the information we learned in the decision making before the birth for example, making an informed decision to have or not to have an epidural.
Helga herself has a really good presence, she’s relatable and a great professional in her field. Attending a course taught by a midwife for such a big moment in our life is something we highly recommend, especially from Helga who does the job so well. We felt very safe when it came to the birth, mainly thanks to Helga. We could not recommend Helga more as a professional!
