How to do a Romanian - Cue's from a Certified Personal Trainer with 10 Years Experience

After teaching group fitness classes for over 10 years here are my cues that I use most often.

I do use more cues where I add on equipment such as a long exercise band or broom stick if these do not work both in class and in person training so if this does not work then there is hope that those additional cues work. 

This is really a three step process:

  1. The hinge
  2. Activation of the core
  3. Position of your head

Then putting everything together and adding weights.
