Imagine waking up to a jar brimming with nourishing overnight oats, primed to kickstart your day with a burst of flavor and energy. Bid farewell to morning chaos as you embrace the versatility of our simple oats base. From fruity sensations to decadent chocolate delights, the possibilities are endless!
THE BASE:
- 1 dl or 1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO ADD:
- 2 dl or 1 cup liquid (milk, protein drink, or 50/50 yogurt/milk)
- Toppings: Frozen raspberries, cinnamon, peanut butter, banana, and more! Note that some toppings are better to add the day after like bananas and fresh fruit.
With endless variations, unleash your creativity! My personal favorite? Oats, chia seeds, chocolate protein drink, banana, and peanut butter. Or oats, chia, greek yogurt, milk apples, and cinnamon! My girls love oats, chia, greek yougurt, milk and frozen raspberries.
INSTRUCTIONS: Simply mix everything in a jar and let the magic happen overnight.
